Roast Chicken Breast injected with a buttery herb concoction and topped with S/P and another seasoning. Served with a basil and butter vegetable medley and Yukon gold fingerling mashed potatoes. This just so happens to rank as the tastiest dish of the year so far, and in all honesty, a dish that is worthy of being served at 25 dollars a plate in my opinion. I have a feeling its going to be a great year as far as our dinners are concerned.
