the story tells that this guy Alfredo invented a new kind of pasta for the pregnant wife who was refusing to eat, and after a lot of american tourists liked this type of pasta too and alfedo became famous for it, but if u find them here in the menù of the restaurants this kind of pasta, u will not find it apart maybe in the restaurant of Alfredo that still exist and that u can find in Rome. ^^
My favorite italian pasta are "lasagne al forno" they are delicious and" la fregola con le arselle"

I can't wait to go back, just so I can have not only more of that delicious fettuccine, but for some of their all so delicious Crème brûlée. Yum!
But we will go again sometime soon, and you can try more off the menu.
