it's so funny, cause overhere in Italy no restaraunts serves this dish, that normally it's just a dish of fettuccine with a lots of butter and tons of parmiggiano, even if I think in this particular dish of pasta u have even cream, am I mistaking? the story tells that this guy Alfredo invented a new kind of pasta for the pregnant wife who was refusing to eat, and after a lot of american tourists liked this type of pasta too and alfedo became famous for it, but if u find them here in the menù of the restaurants this kind of pasta, u will not find it apart maybe in the restaurant of Alfredo that still exist and that u can find in Rome. ^^ My favorite italian pasta are "lasagne al forno" they are delicious and" la fregola con le arselle" yummy yummy
.... Okay, that fettuccine was the best I've seriously ever had! I can't wait to go back, just so I can have not only more of that delicious fettuccine, but for some of their all so delicious Crème brûlée. Yum!
